Being a professional manufacturer of welded stainless steel pipes and tubes, we can supply many kinds of welded stainless steel pipes and tubes over 12000 tons per year. All of the stainless steel pipes and tubes we product include AISI 201, 202, 301, 304 and 316L which are pickling and widely used in many area, just like pharmacy, food industry, petroleum industry, heat exchange and decoration. We manufacture the welded stainless steel tubes and pipes meeting the ASTM A249/A269, A270, A312, A554 and DIN 11850 requirements.

We are always improving our technique about welded stainless steel tubes and pipes production.

We also accept OEM orders and production.

1) Material of stainless steel:
304(approx 7.8-9% Nickel, 17-19% Chromium)
316L(approx 10-12% Nickel, 15-17% Chromium, 1-2.5% molybdenum and ¡Ü0.03% Carbon)
And so on. The original materials import form India, Korea and Taiwan, Such as YUSCO, BNG, POSCO and JINDAL.
2) Process method: Cold drawn, Pickling, Polishing, annealing, inner bead removed and inner polishing
3) Standards: ASTM A269
4) Mark: Steel Seal and Label
5) Applied field: Pressure Pipes, Heat Exchange and Petroleum Industy
6) Tolerance: Outer Diameter: +/-0.2mm, thickness: +/-0.03mm and length: +/-5mm
7) Packaging:
Inner packing: 1 plastic bag (polythene) / piece, and 500kgs is packed in one bundle.
Outer packing: Kraft paper, wooden cases or according to customers' requests.
